I was just reading a case, Caputo v Imperial Tobacco, and found this quotation: "“The plaintiffs claim that the defendants engaged in advertising, media, and public relations campaigns designed to increase their sales, which explicitly or implicitly denied all health-related consequences of consuming their products. Further, they allege that the defendants targeted children and young adults, as the defendants’ own research indicated that 90% of smokers begin to smoke before age 18 and that it was unlikely for a person to start smoking after the age of 19.”" Lol… typical Google-ness.
